Bethany Davison

Bethany Davison is a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist (Primary & Secondary care) at Northumbria Healthcare Foundation Trust. Graduated from the University of Sunderland in 2019. She began her pharmacy career as a Saturday girl at Boots before also doing her training year in community pharmacy.

Bethany completed her Independent prescribing qualification at the University of Sunderland in 2024.

From August 2025, she will be working as a Teaching Fellow for a year, alongside her current role, which will involve teaching medical students and completing a PG Cert in Medical Education at Newcastle University.

Bethany completed a Level 2 in British Sign Language a couple of years ago to try and be more inclusive for deaf patients that she comes into contact with at both work and in the community.

Bethany loves spending her weekends walking along the coast or in the hills, especially in the Lake District. She also spends her spare time running or at the gym to balance out how often she enjoys going out for food!
